Nice touristic places like kensington gardens were so close to the hotel. The room had a nice balcony. Only a short distance to olio bar & restaurant, where you can have lunch.

Excellent location near public transport, modern refurbished rooms, complimentary tea and coffee in rooms
Shared bathroom noise was disruptive to my sleep and could use better insulation!!! Room size limitations felt cramped, especially for two travelers!!! Heating could definitely use improvement!!!

Loved the clean, comfy room! The staff were super friendly and helped me find my way around. The only downside was the noise from the street at night. 😅

The room was tiny, couldn't really move around the bed without bumping into stuff. The toilet was super cramped, you could basically brush your teeth while sitting on it. On the bright side, it was clean, and the bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep. Not much space for luggage, though.
